Reliability & Scalability
Health eRecords EHRTM is implemented across two opposite-coast data centers.

• Facility: physical security, back-up generators, and redundant infrastructure
• Capacity balancing and scaling: phone lines, data storage, servers, network traffic and Internet provisioning
• Failover architecture: seamless integration between data centers to guard against catastrophic event at either center

Security & Process Auditing
Designed with role-based security levels, Health eRecords EHRTM provides HIPAA compliant activity audit reports.

Servers are secured behind clustered Cisco firewall/VPN concentrators. As required by HITECH, all users access Health eRecords EHRTM using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) 128-bit encryption. No data resides locally on any PC. Connectivity providing site-to-site system interfaces and on-site printing is accomplished using VPN tunnels.

Service and Support
eMTS provides technical support on a 24 x 7 x 365 basis. Change requests are discussed with each client to ensure that the action taken meets the need.
