Intelligent Job Queuing
Dictations are immediately routed to transcriptionists according to job characteristics. As a job approaches its TAT limit, it rises to the top of the work queue.

Document Distribution
Health eRecords EHRTM routes documents across your network. With a live ADT feed, documents can follow the patient through the hospital and print at the nurses’ station closest to the patient‘s room and/or any other IP addressable printer on the network.

• Correction Pool - Allows your HIM staff to review/edit documents before final distribution.
  

System Interfaces
The Health eRecords EHRTM interface engine complies with industry standards such as HL7. We collaborate with your IT staff to develop all interfaces.  See our Interoperability page for more information.

System Monitoring
eMTS monitors Health eRecords EHRTM systems continuously. This is done with monitoring systems that watch databases, operating systems and networked components such as printers and host systems. When a problem is detected support staff is notified immediately. In some cases, corrective action is applied automatically by the monitoring system.
