Information needs to be distributed to physicians, departments, clinics, and other areas of the healthcare organization promptly to ensure proper patient care and facilitate billing.

Our secure, internet-powered transcription suite, iTS, enables us to create, manage, deliver and integrate transcribed documents across your organization. iTS offers flexible strategies for delivering and managing your transcribed documents. We offer proven HL7 interfaces to upload completed reports to HIS systems, clinical repositories, or other systems within your organization. Using popular Internet browsers, iTS allows authorized users to query, retrieve, display, edit, sign, navigate, and print documents in accordance with appropriate security permissions and restrictions. For example, a physician can have access to his/her transcribed dictation from home, office, ward, or any place with an Internet connection to review and/or edit a report, electronically sign that report, or just print a copy.

Secure access by authorized users to all transcribed reports via standard web browsers from any PC with an Internet connection.
Review, edit, and sign-off reports with electronic and digital signature technology that meets and exceeds HCFA, JCAHO, and new HIPAA electronic signature requirements. Reports are clearly marked as “preliminary” or “final”. There is full support for co-signing reports for use in teaching institutions or group practices.
iTS provides a full audit trail and detailed logs with time/date stamping. Every report is tracked from dictation to delivery.
