Voice capture

Dictated jobs are available immediately, and prioritized according to your turn-around time requirements. Securely search, locate and listen to any job.

Transcription
Dictations are automatically prioritized and routed to transcriptionists. Jobs requiring further attention are routed to eMTS’s Quality Assurance team.

Speech Recognition
Lowering costs and boosting efficiencies, M*Modal's Speech Understanding technology converts dictated speech into text and then returns the document to eMTS’s Quality Assurance team for review.

Quality Assurance
Transcribed documents that need attention are queued for Quality Assurance review. You can seamlessly participate in reviewing documents, if desired.

In support of eMTS’s Continuous Quality Assurance and Training Programs, Health eRecords EHRTM routes a variable percentage of a transcriptionists work to QA staff.


Physician Access & Electronic Signature
Physicians can quickly and easily edit and authenticate their transcribed dictation. Both the document and the dictation are available from the same web browser window.
